Itnetic Technologies

1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Itnetic Technologies (Petr Chlíbek, IČO 21210756) uses cookies and similar technologies on itnetic.com, dashboard.itnetic.com, and at the network edge when delivering the Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage, tokens, and pixel/SDK identifiers. They can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider), and session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for a set time).
3. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — required to deliver a service you requested or to keep it secure. These include the security/anti-bot challenge tokens our edge sets to confirm a visitor passed a DDoS/bot check, rate-limit counters, and the dashboard login session cookie. Under EU/Czech ePrivacy rules these do not require consent.
- Functional — remember your preferences, such as the EN/CS language choice.
- Statistics / analytics — help us understand website usage. We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool (script served from a.itnetic.com) that sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track individuals across sites. We do not use its session-recording feature. Because it neither stores nor reads anything on your device, it falls outside the ePrivacy consent rule and runs on every visit to our marketing site; the underlying processing rests on our legitimate interests in understanding usage, and you can object at any time (see Section 12 of the Privacy Policy).
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics.
4. Cookies we set
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Category | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__itnetic_clx | Itnetic (edge) | Remember that a visitor passed a bot/DDoS challenge, so they are not challenged again on every page | Strictly necessary | 30 minutes |
__itnetic_ta, __itnetic_tb, __itnetic_tc | Itnetic (edge) | Tell real browsers from automated traffic by which of these a client echoes back. They carry no identifier we look up — only a signature bound to the site and an expiry | Strictly necessary | 7 days |
__itnetic_wq | Itnetic (edge) | Waiting-room queue ticket; fixes your place in line. Only set if the site operator has enabled a waiting room | Strictly necessary | 1 hour |
__itnetic_wa | Itnetic (edge) | Waiting-room admission pass; slides forward while you browse and releases your slot after the operator's idle timeout | Strictly necessary | Sliding, per the operator's idle timeout |
Session cookie (authjs.session-token, __Secure--prefixed over HTTPS) | Itnetic (dashboard) | Keep you logged in | Strictly necessary | 7 days |
turnstile_verified | Itnetic (dashboard) | Remember that you passed the Cloudflare Turnstile bot check when signing in | Strictly necessary | 1 hour |
itnetic-lang (browser local storage, not a cookie) | Itnetic (website) | Remember your EN/CS language choice | Functional | Until you clear site data |
Umami analytics (script.js from a.itnetic.com) | Itnetic (self-hosted) | Measure website usage; loaded on every visit to our marketing site | Statistics | Sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device |
All edge cookies above are Secure and scoped to the site you are visiting. Rate-limit and abuse counters are held on our servers, not in a cookie on your device. Our marketing website sets no cookies at all — only the single local-storage key listed.
5. Security cookies on protected sites
When you visit a website protected by Itnetic, our edge may set strictly-necessary cookies on your browser to tell humans apart from automated attack traffic and to remember that you passed a challenge. These exist purely to keep the site available and secure. For such sites, the website operator is the data controller — see Section 2 of our Privacy Policy.
6. Managing cookies and consent
- We do not show a cookie banner on itnetic.com. Everything the marketing site places on your device is strictly necessary or functional, and our analytics stores nothing there at all, so there is no non-essential storage to ask consent for. If you want to object to analytics processing, contact us (Section 8) — see Section 12 of the Privacy Policy for your rights.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break login or trigger repeated security challenges.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
